At Floraïku, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fragrance journey; therefore, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To ensure your satisfaction, each full-sized bottle includes a matching sample to test before opening the original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  Request a Label

  Contact our olfactory concierge team with your order number to receive a pre-paid return shipping label and a Return Authorization form.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened product and the completed Return Authorization form inside the original shipping box, ensuring the contents are well-protected.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
